Terms. Plain and fair.

Last updated: 12 July 2026

These terms cover what you're buying, what you can expect, and the few things I need to be clear about. I've kept them short on purpose.

01   Who you're buying from

These products are sold by Gibson Advisory Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 15654256. Registered address: c/o Hilton Consulting Limited, Canalot Studios, 222 Kensal Road, London, W10 5BN, United Kingdom. When these terms say "I", "me" or "my", that's the company.

02   What you're buying

The Amplifier is a digital product, delivered instantly and automatically to the email address you give at checkout. It's yours to read and use straight away. Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include everything: there's no separate tax added, because the business does not qualify for Value Added Tax, yet.

03   Instant access, and what that means for refunds

Because this is a digital product you get access to immediately, it can't be returned once you've opened it. When you tick the box at checkout, you're asking me to give you access right away, and you're agreeing that this means you give up the normal 14-day right to change your mind under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

I've been deliberately open about exactly what's inside before you buy, so you know what you're getting, so it's up to you to use. Once the product has been delivered and opened, I can't offer a refund. If something genuinely goes wrong, the file won't open, the wrong thing was delivered, or you were charged twice, email me and we'll put it right immediately.

04   The tick-box you'll see at checkout

Before payment, you'll be asked to confirm the statement below. Checking it is required to complete the purchase, and it's how the law recognises that you asked for immediate access.

I want instant access to this digital product now, and I understand my rights.

05   How you can use it

What you buy is for you personally and your own business. Please don't resell it, share the file publicly, or pass it off as your own product. The frameworks, wording, and design stay the intellectual property of Gibson Advisory Ltd.

06   What I stand behind, and what I don't

These products are built from real, working practice and I'm confident in them. What I can't do is promise a specific financial result, because that depends on you, your market, and how you apply the work. Any figures quoted from third-party research. Nothing in these terms limits my responsibility for anything the law says can't be limited. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, my total responsibility to you for any product is limited to the amount you paid for it.

07   Your details and privacy

I collect only what I need to deliver your purchase and stay in touch if you've asked me to: your name, email, and payment confirmation. Payments are handled securely by Stripe, and I never see or store your full card details. I don't sell your data. You can ask me to show you what I hold, correct it, or delete it, at gibson@everyoneusesai.com.

08   Changes to these terms

I may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your purchase is the one live on the day you bought. If I make a meaningful change, I'll date it clearly at the top.

09   The law that applies

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute falls to the courts of England and Wales. If you're a consumer, this doesn't take away rights you have under the law of the country you live in.
