Privacy. Plain and fair.

Your data is controlled by Gibson Advisory Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 15654256. Registered address: c/o Hilton Consulting Limited, Canalot Studios, 222 Kensal Road, London, W10 5BN, United Kingdom. When this says "I", "me" or "my", that's the company. You can reach me any time at gibson@everyoneusesai.com.

Only what I need. Depending on how you use the site, that's:

• Your name, email, and payment confirmation when you buy a product.
• Your name, email, phone number (if you choose to give it), company name (optional), sector, company size, and your answers and score when you take the AI Amplification Score.
• Basic technical information your browser sends automatically, such as rough location and device type.

I ask for your phone number so I can send your score and first prompt straight to your phone. Giving it is optional.

• To deliver what you bought and give you access (performance of a contract).
• To send your score, your result, and the follow-up you asked for (consent, which you can withdraw at any time).
• To understand how firms in different sectors are adopting AI, so I can improve the products and build sector benchmarks (my legitimate interest in improving the service).

I only use your details for these purposes. I don't send things you didn't ask for.

I never sell, rent, or share your personal details, the information that identifies you, with anyone for their own marketing. Payments run securely through Stripe and I never see or store your full card details.

Separately, I may share or sell anonymised, aggregated insights: patterns across many people with all identifying details stripped out, so no individual can be recognised. For example, "firms in a given sector typically score in a certain range." This is never linked back to you and cannot identify you.

A small number of trusted services help me run this, and only see what they need:

• Stripe, to take payment securely.
• Calendly, to book calls.
• My email and customer system, to deliver your result and stay in touch.

These providers process data on my instructions. I don't allow them to use it for their own purposes.

As long as I need it for the purpose above, or as long as the law requires (payment records, for instance, must be kept for six years). When it's no longer needed, I delete it.

You can ask me to show you what I hold, correct it, delete it, or stop using it, at gibson@everyoneusesai.com. You can withdraw consent at any time. If you're not happy with how I've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

I may update this from time to time. The version live on the day applies, and I'll date any meaningful change clearly at the top.
